我們致力於研究上皮細胞如何透過緊密連接蛋白來維持黏膜穩態,從而影響各種生理和病理進程。這些緊密連接蛋白在維護黏膜屏障和調控細胞間訊息傳遞中扮演著至關重要的角色。

我們的研究興趣主要集中在緊密連接蛋白在黏膜炎症和癌症發病機制中的作用。

我們的研究主題包括:

  1. 上皮細胞緊密連接蛋白在炎症性疾病中的修復功能
  2. 緊密連接蛋白在口腔和結直腸癌發病機制中的參與
  3. 緊密連接蛋白與微生物和免疫細胞調控黏膜穩態的機制
  4. 緊密連接蛋白在神經退化性疾病發病機制中的作用
