【重要公告】牙醫專業學院「儀器預約系統」正式上線！

親愛的教職員與同學：

 

為了提供更便利、流暢的實驗資源管理，牙醫專業學院全新的「儀器預約系統」自即日起正式啟用！

新系統整合了貴重儀器中心、基礎研究共同儀器中心、口腔生醫材料實驗室以及牙醫臨床技能儀器中心的資源。不論是查詢儀器狀態、申請使用權限還是線上預約，現在都能在同一個平台上輕鬆完成。

 

💡 快速開始三步驟：

  1. 加入會員： 請先至「會員中心」註冊帳號。若您的指導教授（PI）未在名單內，請通知 PI 聯絡系統管理員周小姐開通。

  2. 申請權限： 註冊完成後，請閱讀「儀器預約說明」並點擊對應中心連結申請使用權限。

  3. 線上預約： 取得權限後，即可至「儀器預約」查看各儀器週曆並進行預約。

[Announcement] The Instrument Reservation System at the School of Dentistry is Now Officially Online!
 

Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,

To provide a more convenient and seamless experience for managing laboratory resources, the School of Dentistry's brand-new Instrument Reservation System is now officially live!

This new platform integrates resources from the Precision Instrument, Basic Research Core Instrument, the Oral Biomedical Materials Laboratory, and the Dental Clinical Skills Center. You can now easily check instrument availability, apply for access permissions, and place reservations all in one centralized place.

 

💡 3 Steps to Get Started:

  1. Register an Account: Please go to the "Member Center" to sign up. If your advising professor (PI) is not yet on the list, please ask your PI to contact our administrator, Ms. Chou, for account activation.

  2. Apply for Access: Once registered, please read the "Instrument Reservation Guide" and click the corresponding center's link to request instrument access.

  3. Book Online: After receiving permission, you can visit "Instrument Reservation" to check the weekly calendar and book your time slot.

We encourage everyone to explore and utilize the new system! If you encounter any issues or have any feedback during your usage, please feel free to contact us.
